Partner Interval Training is a personal training session in a group format. Classes where people with different fitness levels can come together, motivate each other through exercise stations, and get maximum results for their unique fitness level.
Our sessions consist of 20 workout stations that are completed with a partner. You’ll be supported by other members and our coaches throughout the hour.

After travelling across the U.S. training professional athletes and celebrities, Manning Sumner, noticed that most training facilities and experiences were uninspiring and predictable. No gym stood out with a system in place to actually help create change for members.
